Sportsman and sedentary people both are effected young people find it common to experience rotator cuff pain due to excessive loading and straining of tendons Especially are those who use their arms overhead for sports such as baseball, tennis ,badminton, body builders, swimming, cricket Profession where over head activities is involved are also at risk of developing impingement syndrome DIAGNOSIS & SYMPTOMS OF SHOULDER IMPINGEMENT/ROTATOR CUFF TENDINITIS Tenderness in the front of the shoulder When lifting your arms also sudden onset of sharp shooting pain and stiffness. Most common Symptoms of night pain and difficulty sleeping are also problems associated with rotator cuff pain. Following the Onset symptoms may include: Pain radiating to the side of the arm from the front of the shoulder Sudden pain while reaching to grab , minor pain both at rest and with activity, and throwing ball is always painful and cant throw to a distance
